Elyse R. Ulino has been practicing as Senior Counsel with Baker & Narkolayeva since 2019. Having received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1995, she has over 25 years experience as a trial attorney with her primary concentration being New York State No-Fault law.

Ms. Ulino has extensive defense and plaintiff litigation experience in the fields of No-Fault Insurance coverage, insurance fraud coverage, and general liability, as well as, having served as general counsel to a corporation with a focus on FTC compliance.

Ms. Ulino’s experience at several of the nation’s leading insurance carriers, before transitioning to plaintiff representation, has afforded her invaluable insight into the insurance claims process,  defense strategies and analysis and litigation practices. She has successfully tried hundreds of No-Fault litigation and arbitration matters to verdict within the court and arbitration systems.
