Regina Narkolayeva graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies. After working for over ten years in Client Relations and as an Operations Manager for one of New York’s largest No-Fault and Personal Injury Law firms, Mrs. Narkolayeva decided to pursue her career as an attorney. While continuing to work full-time as an Operations Director and General Manager for Baker’s team, Mrs. Narkolayeva attended Touro Law School as a part-time evening student and graduated Cum Laude in 2021.    During her career, Mrs. Narkolayeva gained extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of No-Fault law. With those hands-on skills under her belt, she was applying herself as an attorney the moment she was admitted to practice law in 2021, all while still managing the firm's daily operations. As an attorney and General Manager, Mrs. Narkolayeva’s dedication and passion to the Baker team and its clients has no limits!
