Robert J. Baker graduated with a major in political and computer science from Saint Joseph’s College. He graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Cum Laude, and was the Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. In addition, Mr. Baker’s Law Review article was published in the American Bar Association’s Tort and Insurance Law Journal.

After law school, Mr. Baker advanced his practical interest in insurance litigation by working as an attorney for a major insurance company and at a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm.

In the last two decades, Mr. Baker helped establish one of New York’s largest no-fault litigation practices, which served over 7,000 no-fault medical providers in New York alone. After forming Baker Law Offices, P.C., he began uniquely focusing on personalized no-fault collection practice that is tailored to maximize client monetary recovery and overall attorney-provider relationship satisfaction.
